Policy

At Pacific Ocean Jewelers we have a 10 day exchange policy. You may only exchange your item if you bring your receipt. The exchange must be of equal or greater value. If you bought an item online and want to exchange your item, please email pacificoceanjewelers@gmail.com.
Items can only be exchanged if there is no damage, scratches, scruffs etc. The piece can only be exchanged if it is in the same excellent condition as purchased.
All sales are final on special/custom order pieces.
